Thanks for all the interest in the car. I've received a number of PMs and emails since yesterday. I just want to post some of the common questions/answers i've received from others.

Tires? The car is running matching PS2's all around. The front has a lot of tread left, I'd say 75%+ and the rear needs replacement. I do quite a bit of driving ~ 50 miles freeway per day.

Smoking? I don't smoke, and no one who smokes has ever been in the car.

Damages? There are no damages to the car other than normal wear and tear from road debris. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 15k mile car. There is 1 door ding that is gonna get taken out this weekend.

Sticker price is $99,300 + cost of Carrera Classic 19" (not including the exhaust system)

Shipping? I've sold my previous two cars on this forum. The M5 sold was shipped to Texas. I have no problems dealing with shipping and or money transfers, but the buyer is responsible to pay for and schedule the transportation of the vehicle.

more questions/answers:

1. I have two main keys, original sticker, all original manuals and booklets that came with the car.

2. The brakes were inspected by Pioneer Porsche few months ago and are in great condition.

3. Only warranty work done on the car was a slight tear in one of the front struts. The dealership replaced it under warranty and a full alignment was done.

4. No curb rashes on the wheels

5. I don't have the original exhaust system

6. I have the receipts for the clear bra, and the oil change that was performed 5000 miles ago.

7. clarify: eligible for 3rd party warranty but not CPO warranty
Please email me at kcchou@ucsd.edu if possible rather than PMing.

thank you !
