I am selling my 2003 BMW 540i 6 speed, this is the last year of the E39 models and came with the M-tech package from the factory with 6 speed, meaning, it came will all M5 body style and other stuff except the engine. It also has DINAN 5 package installed by BMW dealer with its own ser # (cold air intake, strut brace, engine mgmt software, exhaust and dinan mats). Since i got the car I have done a major overhaul on the car, this car drives like a dream with no issues and everything works, and no accident or paint work and very clean.
from factory includes M sports seats, M steering. M suspensions, M bumpers, spoiler, heated seats, memory seats, OB computer, HK stereo auto rear sun shade

I have to make room in my garage for my 996 turbo, if i had a bigger garage i would have kept it

work done in last 3 months
1. full coolant overhaul, water pump, thermostat, sensors, hoses, fan clutch, radiator, exp tank etc. (this was a preventative maintainence)
2. valve cover gasket replaced
3. new OEM spark plugs
4. All fluids flushed. (engine, diff, transmission, brake, power steering)
5. new Dinan air filter
6. new rear control arms and links
7. all new zimmerman rotors,oem brake pads and callipers)
9. all new belts
10. all new pulleys and hydraulic tensioners.
11. new bosch batery
12. all electronics is in working order.

all manuals, 2 keys and valet key, and spare tire/tools in trunk including the flash light!

Kind of funny that you posted this (at least to me) as a 2003 540i 6spd is way at the top of my list for my next vehicle and yours looks like a great example. Even if you're not interested in my GTS, I may still be interested in your 540 if you still have it when I sell my GTS. Regardless, best of luck!

What color is the interior and what does it have for options? Does it have nav, fold down rear seats, and pwr rear window shade? Any pics of the interior?
