Hey Overdose -
Thanks for the interest. I don't have dyno numbers - VF Engineering puts the kit at 470HP and 360 ft/lbs http://vf-engineering.com/carrera-996/ and FABspeed puts their headers and x-pipe kit at about a 10 HP gain https://www.fabspeed.com/996_GT3.html.
I've never tracked the car either - it was a toy I'd take around the twistys and on the highway now and then but she never got any hardcore track abuse so unfortunately (or fortunately) I don't have those numbers either. I will say it walks 996 Turbos and will hang with the 997s. This was just a fun sleeper car that I liked to go surprise people with since she looked so unassuming.
The SC, intercooler and exhaust were originally installed by the head mechanic Sean at Leehigh Auto in Sterling, VA and I've since been taking it to Taylor Chapman at Chapman Auto Werks with whom I've very happy. If I had known about him at the time of the install, he would have done it but he's since given it his once over, blessing and a tune-up.
I'd be happy to get you a sound clip - the car is actually with Taylor right now getting a check up - some new belts (just in case), an oil change and new tranny fluid. As soon as I get it back I'll send over a clip - it sounds mean, from about 2K rpm to 5K rpm she growls and you hear the "woosh" of the SC (not really a whine like you hear on SC'ed American muscle cars) and then past 5K the exhaust just screams.
You can also email me at garrison.cj@gmail.com if you have any other questions - shes an amazing car.
