This is a great entry to the Porsche brand.
Finished in Silver, this 996’s paint has been maintained meticulously. Under my ownership it’s only been washed with a foam cannon as seen in these pictures:
It’s also been waxed and polished on a regular basis with a Flex VRG 3401.
Inside you will find that the black leather is in great shape and it still has the subtle leather scent that every well taken care of Porsche has. The rich black leather is clean, and well taken care of much like the paint. Like all Carrera 4S models it has the full leather option giving it leather in places that will blow your mind. The carpet is in great shape, along with the black suede headliner. This car has NEVER been smoked in. This is not a heavily optioned car, and that’s what drew me to it, it’s simple and clean. With that being said I just installed a GT3 center delete kit to give it a more clean look. It has the factory tape deck radio with a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk. It does have the factory BOSE audio upgrade that gives you a sub box in the back. I rarely use the audio system in this car because the best sound comes from the engine.
Under the hood is a 3.6L flat 6 mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. I recently replaced the clutch no more than 2k miles ago. While doing the clutch I replaced the rear main seal. For those who know this is a VERY IMPORTANT item to change on these cars. The oil has been changed every 2.5k-3k miles religiously with Mobil 1 synthetic. All the maintenances have been done on time up to date. There are no issues with anything, this is a flawless example of a Carrera 4S that has been taken care of by a true car guy. While the car was in the air for the clutch job I also refinished the front calipers and installed Mintex brake pads. The sound of this car is amazing. I’ve been asked as to what exhaust it is but to be honest I don’t know. I purchased it with the system on it. From what I can tell it looks like it’s a Fabspeed muffler system. I get compliments on the sound of this vehicle daily
The cars suspension and wheels have been modified tastefully. The car sits on factory Porsche GT2 Bilstein coilovers that are fully ride height adjustable. To properly fit these coilovers I also installed front and rear Agency-Power sway bar end links.
To add to this amazing set up I also added Tarret Engineering Monoball mounts. This gives the car a steering feel that will astonish you. Sharp, crisp, and in-control.
The wheels on this car are very special. They have been custom build to fit some amazing rubber. Not only are these rare original 18” Kinesis K28 wheels but I’ve rebuilt them in a custom finish gray with wider stepped lips to fit 315’s in the rear without spacers and with absolutely no rubbing. Rotiform, one of the most reputable wheel shops in the United States custom built these wheels.
The wheels are wrapped with only the best Michelin Pilot Sport rubber. The tires are rather new, no more than 2k-3k miles on them, and because the car’s aligned spot on the wear is near perfect. The tires are 225/40ZR18 Michelin Pilot Super Sport up front and 315/30ZR18 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 in the rear. This set up makes this C4S handle like a house fly.
Attached are a couple of teaser images, I will take a full shoot of it later this week and post them up. I’m asking $36k obo. If you have a real offer make it, you know what the parts are worth, and no I’m not looking to get my money back, but I don’t need to loose my shirt either. I’m willing to take it back to stock as an option as well.

Thanks guys!
I have an opportunity to pick up a dream set up and I need to move on this car fast, so if you have an offer go ahead and make it.
I'll post more images very soon. If you have a specific shot you want me to take let me know.
...and yes, it does have a car seat in it, my son and I go canyon carving weekly!
