Not to mention shops will do the job for about $6K parts/labor. Anyone who owns this car shouldn't have much to complain about with a $6K expense once in 5-6 years...or if you drive like me, every 10 years lol.

+1 As long as you find a car that has a "C" clutch or better, you'll be fine. I'm obviously biased here, but I would also add to not disregard '04s. I've had my '04 Gallardo for 6 years. Other than a couple of battery replacements, the car has been bulletproof. The front lift of the '05+ is nice, but I've never needed it so long as you angle the front correctly.
