1970 Split Bumper Camaro

Year: 1970
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $13500
Mileage: 115000
Color: Red and Black
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

I am selling my 1970 Split-Bumper Chevrolet Camaro.

This car is bad! It is in very good condition and almost every sheet metal body panel has been replaced. There is no rust and it has a killer paint job! It also has very nice 20" wheels (minor curb rash on a few few wheels, I can text plenty more pics to anyone interested). The car is almost completely restored and ready to go. Awesome muscle car

The motor is a 355 with flat tops. It has headers and a mild cam and some flowmasters. It sounds amazing! Not too loud, but definitely a lopey idle and hard American Muscle sound. Sounds very mean! I have some videos of the car running I would be happy to email to you, just let me know. The tranny has a shift kit in it and the shifter cable needs to be replaced.

Edit: Just had a buddy post this video to YouTube for me:

The car is currently high geared. It has brand new tires, brand new carpet and door panels. Also has a new dash pad and new rubber kit in the doors and trunk. It has new front and back inner fenders.

The car also has an aftermarket stereo system with new head unit, speakers, two (2) 12" subs and amp.

The car also has an L88 hood (which is sick!! you don't see many of these hoods and it definitely sets this car apart from other 2nd Gen Camaros)

I'm asking $17,800 but feel free to make me an offer. If you are interested, you definitely need to come and check the car out and drive it. She's awesome and a major head turner. I would be interested in trades so feel free to shoot me trade offers. The car isn't quite perfect, but it's a great example of good old American Muscle.

Feel free to text me anytime with any questions or offers 7o4 575 nine51zero

Nice!

Give me an idea of what needs to be done still.....major items? Suspension/drivetrain work? Interior freshening? Some info might be helpful to figure it how much a project it would be.

Thanks!

Thanks for the interest and sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you! I've been out of town.

Suspension, motor and drivetrain are all solid and the car drives like a top. There are a few, minor cosmetic things that still need to be done. Missing 1 sail panel in rear of car, tear in rear seat, shifter cable needs replacing and 2 teeth are knocked out of the front grill. Other than that, she's all good to go!

As I mentioned, almost all sheet metal has been replaced on the car. New carpet and door panels. New dash (not just dash pad) with no cracks.

All PM's responded to. Thanks

The car has a TH350 in it and the rear gear is very low (2 something).

All gauges work as do signals. The car was originally an A/C car but when the 355 was put in the car, the compressor was taken out so no A/C.
