Looking for my first Porsche. I want to buy a 2006-2010 Cayman S from private owner.

 

Good luck with the search. I've been contemplating getting one for a DD towards the end of this year. I'd be curious to see what you come across.

 

Just had a bad time at a dealer. He had an '06 with 15000 miles, nav, the good radio, a real nice car. He wanted $9000 over NADA retail for a two year warranty!!!
I hope a private owner will sell me a good car for a decent price....

If you insist on a private seller, try joining your local PCA as a prospect owner and get to know the folks. There's always someone selling/ know of someone selling or thinking of selling.

One was just listed on RL today for $28.5k

I traded in mine 07 , 35k miles for $28 , was sold 7–8 days later for $36 , so I'm assuming not so easy to find .

 

Just put my 06 Cayman S up for sale yesterday. Chk Rennlist or cars.com. Silver, basic S but all records and service. 60k major done early, serp belt, plugs, water pump etc. No codes, no track, DD.
