Black/Black 09 TT manual w/PCCB is very rare. Ive been looking for about a year and have seen two for sale.
Yes, I saw one on eBay about 3 months ago, but no ventilated seats (a '09 & up option). I plan on making this a keeper. Not really concerned about the carbon fiber, but other options combined are high on my list.

I hope you find what your looking for, I think It will be a very long wait.
I ended up settling for an 08 Blk/Blk That I found in Nashville (no PCCB)
I verbally negotiated this one down to $80. Checks most of your boxes

Yes, I've seen both. Not really a fan of the color combo on the '09(not a metallic guy), and the '07 is collector quality with a collector price. '09 I can see myself coming close to that range, if necessary. '07 I cannot. I do plan on driving the vehicle, not just on display in my garage. Granted, average will be around 5k miles a year, but it will still be driven somewhat. That diminishes the collector price tag greatly. An '09 is extra unicorn-ish due to the center controls being 997.2 with everything else 997.1.
I just joined this and another Porsche forum. Earlier this week I had found an '07 where the miles were higher, the paint looked immaculate, there were tasteful mods, and the price was appealing located about 2 1/2 hours away. I told myself I'd get this for now while hunting the unicorn. In the process of setting up a PPI with the local Porsche dealership in a matter of hours, the seller closed with another buyer. I came across it on here while researching it, and he even suggested looking here and the other forum which quite frankly I knew about, but totally forgot about. For the most part not a forum guy. But eBay, Autotrader, CL, Cars, and even Manheim haven't yielded much.

2009 911 Turbo
Wow!! that's funny, I bought the one in New Jersey and it is the exact "unicorn" you are talking about. 2009 911 turbo (with updated interior) black on black with carbon ceramics, carbon fiber oem interior, full leather with heated sport adaptive seats and manual. I have since 3m wrapped the car and had it ceramic coated. The car is CPO'd until June and I had a PPI done with overrev check that passed with flying colors with paperwork and had a new OEM battery installed. Car is literally perfect now. Car is very highly optioned with a 145k+ MSRP. I'd consider an offer I can't refuse if you reaaally want it but my guess is this will be an extremely difficult car to find since it took me 2 years to find it with low miles and in this configuration with a clean carfax.
Buyer beware, that seller is what turned me away.
*Listed on Car Gurus for ~$73,800
*Changed price next day to $76
*Claimed an employee damaged rear diffuser which cost them $3500 to replace, which is why they raised the price
*I offered $72k, with proof of funds, seller wanted $75k
*Auction reserve was $69,990
*The only people who bid over 70k were me, and who I'm 99% sure is his buddy, due to ebay history of shared bids
*I bid 74k and lost by a few bucks
*Called out seller, said I think its his friend
*Next morning seller says winning bidder doesn't have financing, despite 420+ positive ebay rating
*Seller says he had "4 other buyers offering $74k (odd that none of those buyers bid over $70 on ebay)
*I offer $72k if seller can prove he replaced the rear diffuser at his expense this month, or $70k if he cannot. Seller ignores callout, and requests $75k again
I urge anyone who's interested in this car to check it out in person, I do not trust greedy/shady people like that.
I have a rear TechArt diffuser and guarantee if he cracked that lower diffuser, it was every bit of $3500. Its a two piece diffuser with the center piece able to be removed. I cracked just the center piece on a curb and it was $1200 from TechArt direct and then I had to have it painted.
