I'm looking to sell my beloved 2007 997.1 turbo with 6speed manual transmission.
It's artic silver with black interior.
My 997.1 turbo was formally CPO'ed from Porsche therefore all common issues have been already corrected plus it has near new engine from 09 997.1 TT 15k miles with brand new upgraded clutch

That's somewhat odd... I guess it could be more economical to buy a new engine and swap the whole thing and resell the old engine vs. rebuild the existing engine. Can you give more details around 'weak'? Burning oil? Low compression? From what I recall these motors can cost well over $15,000... not a cheap endeavor unless a catastrophic failure requires a swap.
