There is no AC, however, I could have a Vintage Air system installed for around $1,500, maybe cheaper. Would be happy to facilitate that for you, would only take a few days.

No, it's static. It does ride lower in the rear but in person it's VERY minimal. This can easily be changed with a different spring, of course. Cheap. I think the fender coming over the tire in the rear gives the illusion that the difference is a lot more significant than it really is.
