2020 CPO 992 at Full MSRP?

I've begun my search for my first 911, particularly a 992 model (2020 if possible). I've noticed that a couple listings have popped up for a CPO unit, (2020) with 4000 and another with 9000 miles yet they are being offered at full MSRP even though it's already a year old. Anyone else experience this? What type of negotiating room would one have and what would be a typical depreciation on a unit that is already a year old with 4-9k miles on it??

Thanks in advance

most dealers are asking well over sticker due to low / constrained inventory levels, I expect this to continue into the later part of the year until inflation begins to wind down. The automotive market is absolutely insane right now.

Worst time ever to be in the market for a relatively limited production car. Well any car for that matter. Sellers market like no other right now.
