Gemballa front bumper. '02-'05 996
I decided to do a crazy 997 superwidebody re-body on my 996 cab. instead of doing a '02 custom update.
So... I'm not going to be using this super nice, high quality Gemballa-look front bumper (not the $6000+ original). The bumper is really nice (maybe nicer quality than a real Gemballa bumper?) as I've had a few Gemballa parts over the years & have not been really impressed with the quality vs. thier price.
I've had all the slight imperfections sanded out & primered the entire bumper with a catylized primer. The bumper is a straight as can be... & it's ready to sand & paint. ;o) I also bought a really nice hexagon screen for the duct openings (which is not shown in the photos but I'll include it with the bumper).
I'm asking $1750 obo. for the bumper w/ the screens. I hadnt bought the GT2 louver panel (below the hood) yet, so you'll have to buy it from your local Porsche dealer. After that's purchased, you'll have a bumper that looks identical to Gemballas $6000+ bumper. (I priced out the grill/louvers a few months ago & was quoted a price of under $300 from my dealer). ;o)
First $1750 gets the bumper. ;o) I'll even offer free shipping, as I get a pretty good shipping discounts via DHL. Please give me a email or phone call with any questions. nickmroz@sbcglobal.net or 805-295-0180.

Yes I will. But I hadnt bought the '02 fenders & headlights yet. I only have my '99 fenders... sold the headlights a little while ago. The '99 fenders I'd like to get around $475pr. with free shipping.
I guess I should add, I also have a pair of brand new 996 stock quarterpanels (entire quarter... including door jamb area.) List price from the dealer is $1300... show on my reciept that body shop cost was $1066 each. They are absolutely brand spanking new... I'll sell them for $1500 for the pair with free shipping. If bought individually, $750 plus $75 for shipping... super nice deal for someone who had a accident. Now you dont have to wince quite as much about replacing the enire quarter. ;o)
I also have the stock 996 hood... perfect condition. $600.
A really nice fiberglass/carbon Gemballa-style 996 hood for $1250 (w/ the recess.) Shipping on the hood would be $100.
I also have a brand new (no paint even) 996 stock rear bumper. $500. ($50 shipping).
A turbo-look rear bumper for the narrow bodied 996 (really nice fiberglass). $875. ($50 shipping)
No bumperettes. See the attached photo of the white 996.

Hi,
I have a "friend" who sells parts (Jeff). I told him my lowest price I'd like to get for that bumper & I guess he must have put it for sale on Ebay...
What kind of price does he have it for? I think he finally put it on there as a favor for me as I've wanted to sell it for a while now.
I'll go check out his add, & of course match that price.... ;o)

Hehe... he's definately a friend, no worries. Here's his phone number if you want to give him a call: 707-350-0415. I did go onto ebay & check out his add... looks like he's selling it for $1695 for me. When he told me he would sell it for me (a few moths ago) he asked me my lowest price... I actually told him $1600.... so there ya go... $150 price reduction... ;o)
I think he's running that add right now to make it look like he has a ton of parts for sale (which he does right now)... and to help me out.
I've had this particular bumper for a while & have wanted to sell it for a while... he said he would put it on Ebay for me a while ago... (raise some more $$ for my car). Being that I finally got onto 6speedonline, I thought I'd throw it on here for sale right away.... low and behold he puts it on Ebay. Timing. ;o)

If you want some close up photos, I can take the bumper out of storage and take a few more.
Just let me know... the bumper is super nice though.
