Curious...if you trade can you then avoid paying sales tax?

 

i was wondering the same thing, what about if its out of state trade

 

depends on the state concerning taxes and out of state trades would work the same way as out of state purchases (payment made before car ships and each person is responsible for their own shipping).

also, car is located in Sacramento CA

 

Are you interested in C2s instead? Mine is an 05 but i have almost 18k worth of mods.
