Okay, let's just stipulate I'm an idiot. Can someone please tell me what goes in the Http box after I click "insert image" or how else I upload the photo. Any help would be most appreciated.

The photo has to be online somewhere - try using a place like TinyPic or Photobucket to host it for free, and then use the URL of the picture to link it in here.

I used 10: Rare Earth Magnets 1 in x 1 in x 1/8 in Neodymium Block N42 from Magnets4less. I had the Porsche guy epoxy 5 to the inside of the bumper and duct tape (on my request, he wanted to do fancier) the other 5 to the back of the plate. Works fine when parked. I've yet to "test" it by forgetting and leaving it on while driving down the freeway. I've a sneaking suspicion it might fly off and decapitate me, but we'll see. Use at your own risk.
