DESPERATELY NEED 997 Gen 1 turbo tandem oil pump

Hi guys,

If anyone knows where there is a tandem oil pump in stock, new, I would really appreciate your help to get it.

Just let me know where and the contact details and I will be forever grateful to you.

Fondest regards, Paul

I checked with my friendly P-Car guys. Part is back ordered and does not exist new in this universe.

Ebay UK has a used one:

That's about it.

Smile Thanks my brother.

Yes, it is presently more rare than hens teeth, none in mPorsche mainland Europe, Australia, and so far not in the USA either. . .

I was supposed to collect my new car this morning, but when it was on the ramp yesterday replacing the front discs (old ones 65% worn), they noticed an oil drip from the tandem pump. They will not release the car until it is resolved, they certainly are totally committed to only selling perfection.

It is amazing that OPC Sheffield during both their 111 point check and the major service made no mention of this!!!

Needless to say I was totally deflated when I found out there are no t/pumps available and car is delayed.

Having said that of course, it is way better to have it bang on than anything amiss.

Thanks again for trying.

Fondest regards my porky brothers

Hey!

Thanks for your contact it is greatly appreciated. I have passed your reply onto the dealer who are selling the car to me. They are both emailing you and phoning you to arrange the necessary.

The universe is perhaps coming to my rescue via your kind intervention.

I have also been checking through your website, there are some very interesting upgrades etc. Perhaps we will speak again one day soon.

Fondest and most appreciative regards, Paul

Hi Lewis. . .

I have sent you a PM as suggested also.

My seller did speak to both the Porsche side of your Company Parts Department, and to the Motorsport side also. Both said that they did not have any stock of that part 997-107-022-73, (or 997-107-022-72,997-107-022-71).

Paul
