I cross-posted on Renn with the back story, but bottom-line I'm in an all-out mode looking for a used 996TT motor as a replace project for my recently blown motor.
Any suggestions where I can look, that I haven't already thought of, are much appreciated.

BTW.......my user name on both forums is GreggT with a few thousand posts, but for some reason a while back, 6Speed stopped recognizing that and I've been unsuccessful in getting that corrected with the Admin here, after many attempts.

$20k on ebay. 996TT prices have been climbing so not sure if that is what you expected. Would make sense to rebuild what you have rather than go random used.

I don’t believe I was the Admin since I was able to find your previous account easily and would suggest merging your accounts so you don’t lose your post history. Yep thanks.......rebuilds are ranging from $30-55K so I was considering just the used but.....still probably better to rebuild what I have, and shoot for 2023 season. Bummed.

I'd consider selling my well-sorted (not running) car on Bring a Trailor, or whatever but running she's worth almost twice as much.
