Stay away from 04 which is a first year car. Go for 05 and up although 06 got alot of nice features that 05 didn't have. Get the best car you can comfortably afford and enjoy. I love mine.

whats the difference between the 05-06 years? i have a private guy local to me that might be willing to trade his 06 in with my am... only thing is, is that he has high mileage... roughly 20k miles on it... how these cars holding up?

also i know you said to stay away from 04's but this color combo is beautiful... what do you think?

Pass on the 2004 cars, several dealers told me that. That 05 from Kerbeck isn't bad if you like how the primary and secondary hides were placed along with carpet color. It seems overpriced by about $10K. Plenty of cars from luxurymotors.com and chicagomotorcars.com Stick with 05 or 06

What's the difference in 05 to 06 cars? The only one I know of is the Engine start button.

In 06 the wood steering wheel became an option.

couldn't you just retrofit that onto 05 and prior?

I guess, but with the airbag and all, it may be more expensive than the option price in a new car.

the main difference that i figured out was 05 didn't have the auto trunk, keyless start, bluetooth and the wood steering wheel. i still can't find the combo i like yet. used market sucks!

this is very very piliminary. but am i crazy for thinking about trading in the aston for a 05-06 continental GT? I know how both drives and its two different animals. but looks wise which do you think looks better? I'm mixed on this as the aston to me is sexier looking but the bentley is more bulky and luxurious looking. dunno if one stands out more than the other. also the bentley a more comfortable ride and has 2 back seats which is a plus.
