Thanks to the billy, the service advisor for Bentley, Lotus & Lamborghini at British Motor Cars (BMC) 
heh i paid for the service (pre-purchase inspection) but without their quick response i might have signed the title & registered the car. i called them this morning and they were able to help me right away. they picked up the car, did the full inspection and return it to me within a few hours.

seriously. i was shocked to find this out. i think there is a slim to none chance that they would have not noticed any of this when they accepted the car as a trade in. they must have performed some sort of inspection.
heh pre-purchase inspection before i finalize the next one lol. well worth $500 to give you some peace about your purchase.

There are tons of Bentleys for sale now and at great prices. Take your time and make sure it is the right one. Buyers market baby!

heh luckily i found out about it the day i received it. the dealer i bought from is going to pay for all the repairs even though they are trying to blame it on the transport trucking company.

a small dent and scratch on the car. also the engine sounded weird when i listened to it from outside the car. i only looked at the car and test drove at the dealership. so i decided to send it in for a pre-purchase inspection and to have the dealer i bought from pay to fix this damage.
the problem is that now i will be returning the car lol. it seems that the car has a lot more hidden damage that i didnt see. the whole under carriage is torn up like it was impacted by something. the engine noise is covered by the warranty but it seem the under carriage had hard impact and even the break line was impacted as well. since it is hard to tell if there is structural damage, it is possible that when the dealer took it in as a trade in they didnt know. it was a waste of my time but the dealer has a guarantee that i can return the car if i am not satisfied. I just wish that I had done the bentley pre-purchase inspection before i purchased the car.
This was just a waste of my time and energy. It was however, a good learning experience.

true, good point. i was beginning to calm down too much. bah damn heh too bad for them. going to return it no need for cars with stories. i am just set on the color (dark saphire). hopefully i can find another of the same color sometime soon.

That`s major BS what they pulled off...
I`m sure they did know about it,as any dealer buying a high dollar car gets it inspected thouroughly before finally adding it to their inventory

A bit of a contradiction here. And I wouldn't be so quick to trash the dealer without getting all the facts.

Spending that knd of money and with such a large selection out there I would definately not settle. They are great cars I put 20k miles on mine and will never sell her. Well if I did it would be to buy a new one

sending it back but they aren't happy lol especially since it can't go back for a a day or two. need to remove the chrome grills and put back on the black ones. it is being picked up friday night to truck back to them. 
all is well and my search continues. i am just happy that they took the car back with no hassles and greatful that i am lucky to be in the position to buy a bcgt
