Don't know about original wheel finishing peeling but they may have been reconditioned before. E.g. Bad spray job

Trying to find some information about the nav system in a 2009 Continental.

Whose system is it? BMW? VW? VDO Seimens?

I can sell you mine from a 2013 BMW set, it works fine on my 05 here in Florida. It doesn't show most street names, but the roads and most importantly the lists of resteraunts etc are up to date.

Is your's cd or DVD based? I could be wrong (I'm not near the car right now), but I think that it's a single DVD for the 2009.

Reviving an old thread. I have an 08 Continental GTC with DVD Nav. Anyone know what is the latest and where to get it for less than from Bentley? VW Phaeton? Audi A8?

Hi Rico,
The older systems used CD while the newer 2008 onward (I believe) used DVD technology. In the past, someone on the forum discovered that early BMW 7 series used the same CD technology. I was able to source a 2010 updated BMW CD for Canada. It works flawlessly. Now, of course,, the 2010 data is OLD. Most of the links contained within this thread are no longer valid. I know I'm probably a voice crying in the wilderness, but maybe someone, somewhere knows of a newer (than 2010) CD.
