Press the shock and ride height buttons for 3 to 5 seconds as I recall and the light will go off.

If I put it in jack mode and someone drove the car with it in jack mode would that be okay?

The Jack Mode will automatically turn off after a very short period of driving. Thus no damage should have occurred. You should be fine.

Can someone please confirm that the Jack Mode sticks even after you turn the engine off (obviously after enabling the Jack Mode)?

Yes. The "jack mode" disarms the air suspension. This remains disarmed until the car is driven or the mode is turned off. Therefore, the "jack mode" sticks.
