My car got towed today while I was in the library, unfortunately I have to wait till tomorrow morning to pick it up

I was wondering what if any damage I should check for.. Im assuming they towed my car using a flat bed, yet it was still done while the car was in park so I'm assuming they must have messed something up

Im going to check it out tomorrow morning, any advise would be appreciated

 

I understand you concern. I would speak with my attorney before touching the car. It would be important to me to know what responsibility they incurred for towing and who gets to determine if the car is damaged? I would ask my lawyer if pictures and an independent assessment before I recover the car are wise?
