Tons are great cars out there. Jags, McLaren, etc. I'd guess from the 2006 to the 2007 FS didn't have much change as, say, going with a 2010 or newer. What issues did you have with the 2006FS?

Thanks for the reply, i bought i used FS from bentley dealer in miami, luckily i purchased an extended warranty.

With in one month of
owning i had vacuum hose broke requiring engine removal.
A/c went out,along with various fans.warranty covered.
navigation screen went twice, warranty. about 20k worth of problems.

Engine vacum leak, brake boost leak,Front struts replaced.

The car had 26k miles when i bought it, had 39k miles when i
sold it few months ago.

Luckily i found a mechanic called Master Class, who did a lot of the none warranty work, so i saved $$ over bentley.

Out of pocket expenses i would say about 5k, with one regular oil change,in 15 months. loved the car, fantastic on road trips, my wife loved it, but she does not understand sometimes the pain associated with keeping a car like this, but i do miss it a lot.

My ML was 70K, So was looking to keep in the same area, gets me in an 07, if i spend 10k more, gets me 08, which correct me if wrong, were some meaningful improvements.

Wow! Yes these cars can get a bit pricey to upkeep. Yes the 08, as I recall, did have some improvements. Maybe look for a 40k miles 08 or ???

Redlands that is a horrible story and I would not know if that much bad luck would have caused me to shy away from the brand forever. I have a an 07 GTC that is close to your old car in year class but have no issues yet. I was thinking Merc. when I "upgraded" to the Bentley. Hope you find a nice car for you and the misses.
