Folding side mirrors question

My driver's side mirror electronically folds in but not the passenger's side. At first I was hoping it was just a fuse but I can't find any fuse location for it. Granted this is a 2010 GT and the only DPF service manual I have is for a 2004. Is there a fuse location or is the passenger's side motor just blown? I don't hear anything from the passenger's side when I fold the mirrors in.

Possible but unlikely that there is a separate fuse for each side. Guessing at this I would say the rotary switch contact could be sticky, try gently wiggling and fiddling with switch. There is a tiny servo motor in the mirror which rarely fails.

Fiddled with the switch ... it's snug and no movement on the passenger's side mirror ... no motor sound coming from the passenger's side either. I guess I will have to take it in for service then.

Hello Zissis,
Does the passenger side mirror adjustment work in all four directions, or are all functions dead for the passenger side ?

Passenger's mirror adjustments work perfectly. Even the auto lower when switching into reverse. Just the folding does not work.

Hello Zissis,
Yes, the window lift motor/control module is located under the door panel and circled in red, it is a one piece unit that controls window and mirror for that door.

Also, have you scanned for fault codes, as sometimes clearing codes can bring the fault back to working order, until it fails again...

Zero codes thrown and zero codes stored. Guess I will be removing the door panel and breaking out the multi meter next weekend.
