My 2005 uses a Nokia 6360. The IETIS manual says the system is designed to be used by NOKIA 6340i, 6360, 6310i. NOTE: 2005 does NOT support Bluetooth.

Good info PMS,
I was wondering the same as to BT in 04-05 for an other member whom wants to have BT in his 04, or at least he was asking me if I had the original left side armrest phone for an 04, I suggested replacing the Bury phone module located on left side of the panel below the parcel shelf if the boot with a 2008-2010 BT phone module # 3W0035385AT, as I have added that same BT module unit from a 2010 to my 2006 wiring harness, plug and play with the exception of the fact that the left hand armrest cradle in 05/screen with rotatory **** in 06 become obsolete, I will check the old flood 2005 GT wiring harness to confirm that it does indeed have the 18 pin plug located in the boot at the old Bury unit.

I guess for those that just want Bluetooth they can add this module. You can稚 stream music but you can use your phon. Plug and play in 30 mins so the profile says

But for $900, I値l look for other options.

I have just been through this

I have been figuring this out also check out my previous thread it should have all the pictures and schematics I came across, and I picture of the phone that's was compatible. I am currently using it and it works flawlessly. The way I set it up is with a nfc tag once in the car my main phone automatically diverts to the cars phone. The problem that I have faced is the phone book, it's not really reliable and the names don't always show up, but I am figuring it out.

FM Transmitter

I知 not sure if this will help anyone, but I bought an FM transmitter on eBay for $10 and it works flawlessly for phone and audio streaming. It just plugs into the cigarette lighter and you set it to a station number. I drove from Chicago to Branson, MO and for eight solid hours I listened to my music from my phone without distortion or interruption. I just wanted the armrest phone to complete

the car, not for actual capability. I have seen a lot of people mention lack of Bluetooth and the cost involved in adding it to the current system. The $10 option is amazing and can be switched between cars as needed. Plug and play.

Has anyone used the Phaeton part. 3D0035385A and had success? As apposed to the Bentley part 3W0035385AT. The vw part once again is the fraction of the price of Bentley.

Awesome! I love mine and use it every time I知 in the car. It has worked flawlessly since I got it. I知 sure the $3,000 upgrade is a nice unit, but I値l save $2,990, go on vacation, and still be able to listen to my music and talk on the phone.
