One of the suspension control arm bushings are bad, or more. The description points to one of the lower inner large bushings. Typical symptom of these bushings, the five mile an hour clunk. Need to get the car up on a lift. With a pry bar go to each bushing and see if there is play.

@1eaapple...
what bushing or control arm I should check?
I jack up the car then put it in D... make the wheel turn but I didn't hear anynoise so I'm guessing the Driver shaft is ok?
Thank you
PS : the sound is really loud like 2 of the metal touch together... hizz

Best to check all the bushings front and rear of the car. Usually when one is bad others are not far behind. Number 6 in the diagram is an example of the type of bushing to check. They vary in diameter all of them should be pried on. When prying on there should be a minimal amount of movement and good resistance. When prying on a bad one it's obvious it's bad.
@1eapplebaum I check up the number 6 & 7 & 8 in rear left, replace it with the Audi one and the problem still the same...
still clunk at rear left wheel.. sound like 2 hammer bang together...
can it be driver shaft ? how can I check it...
Okay, with the car up on a lift. Recheck all bushings and air strut. Pull push wiggle whatever it takes trying to recreate the sound. Regarding the driveshaft grab it and wiggle it by hand in either direction looking for freeplay. Grab the rear wheel at 12 + 6 push and pull to feel for looseness. Then grab the wheel at 3 + 9 and do the same thing. While you're down there grab the exhaust system when it's cooled down and see if it's banging into anything.

@1eapplebaum today I tried again by changing the whole new arm, Number 9 in the picture but the problem still the same.
It clunk clunk at 5mph then disappear.. smooth as glass, no noise nothing at all and at any speed even I wot or do Anything.
That is really weirg..
I put the car on the lift then re check anything but can't find it.. are there any possible issue.. I don't think it is drive shaft cause If it drive shaft it should be loud all the time right?
Try placing your cell phone under the car where you think the clunk is coming from. Make a video video to see If something moves. Don't drive over your phone though🤤😉
Just a suggestion now you have all wheels off, paint the middle of the brake disks (rotors) I painted mine around 2 years ago need to do them again, used high temp spray paint ...

Indeed a nice touch. Something I plan on doing.
As for the clunk noise I had a similar clunk. The front lower rear control arm has a large bushing and when slowly going forward it would hit engine cradle subframe.

Ive been reading a lot of threads on this forum about this problem of yours & again this is just a suggestion, have you checked the wheel bearings on both front wheels ...
@Rico.Adams I don't think it is wheel bearing because it is from the middle toward the right rear of the car... plus at 65 or 85mph it quiet as hell plus I move the tire no play at all.
Thank you

Just viewed the video, is that your car or someone posted it on youtube, that cluck is more like a clicking noise & 2 clicks at any one time very strange ...
