Question for Johnny.

Say one wanted to source the plugs in these cars and make their own wiring harness. Where could I find them? I’m thinking just get the amp side plug that goes out to the speakers, hooking everything up and plugging it in and be done with it. Sometimes I don’t like tapping into wires if I can find another way.

Also, I’m sure it’s some ppl on here that don’t like the method British, Rico and I took to add better sound to our cars (aftermarket equipment). If you put together one kit per order (you source, they order but send product to you) What do you think you would charge to make the harness and test everything out and send it back to them with install instructions for them or their installer? And they know upfront your turn around date is say 2 months once you have everything.

Yea I know I’m thinking crazy but I’m curious because I’m looking at the cost per aftermarket vs having a Naim system built and I don’t think the difference is too far off for those who wants to keep it original but better.

Here are the plugs part numbers, the 2 black 23 pin and 24 pin plugs are for the standard amp, the gray and green I have seen on the newer NAIM amps, I have not seen gray and blue together, but regardless, they are all the same as in the black, blue, and green are all the 23 pin plugs, whereas the black and gray are the 24 pin plugs, they just have different slots and guides that insert into different amps, I just ground the guides off of the 2005 flood car plugs and used them.
