Hi all. Someone posted an ebay link on here a while ago for a Bentley script boot emblem that has the words "Bentley". It was around 90 USD, but I cant find the link. The ones on ebay now are around $200.00 . Anyone have the original link?

Looks good AJ1. Did you do it yourself or have a shop do it. I haven’t done mines yet because I’m afraid it’s might be noticeably off centered 😂

 

AJ1, that looks perfect. What's the spacing between the bottom of the logo to the top of the script? Hope to duplicate your results once mine arrives.
BTW, that blue color is stunning. 👌

 

When your letters arrive, they will be already on a plastic template, in other word you dont have to stick each letter on individually. I just lined the whole thing up with my eye while resting my hands on the surface and made small adjustments prior to committing and making contact with the boot lid (trunk). Takes 30 seconds. I aimed for half way between the wings and the edge of the boot lid. (Tip: concentrate on "T" and line it up with the center of the wings)

Your 2015 GT's is easier to work with as the logo's opening button and the boot lid's opening edge are fairly close. Yours is placed perfectly "almost" in the middle (like 2020 GT's)
That distance is fairly wider in my '10 FSpur. IMO, it may look awkward if placed somewhere in the middle. Will refer closely with the scrpit's placement in the 2020 Flying Spur as a guide.


Will take your advise, center on the T and make temporary placements before I commit. Blue painters tape is all ready!!👌🇨🇦

I used a small level and applied painters tape to center and level the Complete word and then measured from the trunk outer edge to the "B" equally from the other side to the "Y".

Other points of reference was comparing rear pics of the 2020 FSpur to determine placement in relation to distance from the license plate.


BEFORE


Vertical painters tape to mark middle which was used to center the letter T. Top of horizontal middle tape is the midway point betweem the bottom of the B emblem and lip of the boot opening. Script logo was placed on top of midway point.

Looks great!!! This script should have been installed originally when new. Now we know it's a "Bentley", not a "Bugatti". Lol.

 

Especially not a Chrysler 300!!! LOL!!!
