Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the Amplifier as I have no sound from the radio/media/phone etc.
just had the same issue as you. Dealer told me to take out the three 20 amp fuses for a minute and plug back in. If that doesn’t work then unhook the negative battery terminal for a minute. That resets the amp

Removing 3 fuses worked for me on 2017 Bentley Supersports w/Naim
Sound stopped working today from all sources. I checked all the fuses, even pulled the amplifier fuses out one at a time and checked them and replaced and still nothing, after reading through this thread I removed all 3 amplifier 20amp fuses at the same time for about 5 minutes and replaced them and sound is working again. Thank you
Hello @Jaguar13 ,
Just for clarification, it doesn't matter in which order one is to remove or reinstall the three 20 amp fuses, as pins 1, 2, and 3 for the positive side are all joined together as they are soldered onto the board, just as pins 4, 5, and 6 for the negative side are soldered in the same manner.

Press start ignition button but do not start engine.
In the trunk, drivers side fuse panel, remove fuses 20, 21 & 22.
Reinsert fuses starting with 22, then 21 then 20. If your amplifier is functioning properly you should immediate hear audio from your Radio, CD, etc.
