Help please rear spoiler control motor problem

What’s the Kohm please?

Can anyone help me with this please. My spoiler was stuck and when i took it apart, i found that this bit has already gone. Im currently in Thailand and there’s no used part available. Would anyone have a clear picture of the circuit board so i can see what resistance i need to buy in order to get it working again. Thank you so much

Looking at your first picture I would suggest resoldering much of the board where the water damage is.
