Anyone know if the little plastic piece that holds the two horizontal fins together can be purchased separately? I was wiping down the dash and when I cleaned the vent that little tab broke off. I was able to fish it out of the vent, but my internet search to find a replacement has come up dry. I don't want to have to replace the entire vent if possible.
There should be little hooks on the top and bottom right of the picture, those broke off.

You might be out of luck. If that piece doesn’t have a part number on it I would say it’s part of the whole vent unit.
That sucks, anyone with a 3D printer and scanner lurking around here? I will start looking around Dallas to see if there are any 3D printer shops that could print a new one, it's got to be cheaper than buying a whole new vent.
