Hey everyone, first time post.
dose anyone have a 2004 bentley continental dip stick they canttake a picture of and post it. I have looked all over the web and not found any.
Just got oil change about 700km ago and it seems to be low now and no viable leaks. but I am using a makeshift dipstick i have made and i do not 100 percent trust it.

Also have you hurd of reasons why I would be low on oil. No visible leaks and it's running perfectly fine. No smoke of any kind coming out of exaust leading me to believe burning oil?? Really strange.
Thank you so much for taking the time. This helped me out tremendously. I ended up ordering one through VW but was for a different W12 engine and it worked out! Hope everything with your family emergency is ok.
How does one read this? I have the dipstick but the tip is a mystery
I do or think I do ?
It’s terribly difficult to read / see the level against the graduations .
I,am conscious of wiping it etc and doing it cold etc .
Yes , I hold it up , yes I hold it against white background, but the orange brown tip and a few 1000 miles on Mobile 1 and there’s hardly any colour difference.
Most of my other cars have plain metal ribbons with notches.........easy to see where you are .
Reviving an old thread here but I too had the snapped dipstick problem. Rather than paying the Bentley tax, I made my own end (thanks to Johnny’s measurements above) and soldered it onto the dipstick
