Jack mode

Unless you are certain the lift is the drive on variety where the wheels won't hang freely, you'll need to put it into jack mode to protect the air suspension.
Since most service are 2 post lifts and allow the wheels to hang, I usually lift the car and put it in jack mode when dropping off for oil changes, detailing, etc., even at the dealer, who should know.
