Hello, just purchased a 2011 supersports convertible with low mileage.

I don't think the lumbar support for the passenger has ever been used nor has the massage function. Both of which are not working. Is this something fixable with a reset, is it likely a mechanical issue or electronic.

I had a similar issue, where the massage function would only do one cycle on the passenger seat, and was intermittent on the drivers seat. Bentley are rectifying it under warranty. Goes in tomorrow. I will post the outcome and what parts they use to sort issue
