I had a flat tire and had to change the wheel. I set jack mode. I got the factory jack out and lifted the car. I did not feel the jack was safe , it was leaning . I got another jack from another car. It worked but I want to ensure next time it’s easier.

where exactly are the jack points

does the top of the jack have to be a certain shape to fit the jack points.
