Air Suspension issues
FWIW - I bought a set of remanuf from RMT for my Phaeton. These preserve the adjustable dampening feature. They're also like half the price of the Arnotts. No probs at all after a couple years and 15k miles. But they've been a royal pain trying to get my cores returned and get my core charge back.
Edited for corrections.

RMT certainly are trickers. A few years back purchased a front CV axel from them. They supplied an Audi A8 unit represented as a replacement Bentley part. The Audi A8 CV axles are a smaller overall diameter, they will fit.
My recourse was eBay: "Item not described as listed". Got my money back. RMT banned me from their eBay store.🤤👍👍

Hi All!
I have a 2004 CGT that recently got a case of the front end droop on a recent drive and triggered the level fault message. I carefully drove home to my garage and the car is now parked on top of my Twin Busch scissor lift. I was planning on lifting it to do some trouble shooting. I attempted to put the car in jack mode first, but I get no response when I try. I'm assuming it's because of the active level fault condition and/or the front end sitting all the way down now. I thought I would reach out to anyone who has had this situation for advice before I start lifting the car. Thanks for any help you can offer!

The part nu.ber for the Bentley startswith 3W, I bought a VW phaeton fro. Ebay for £120, used with a w6 month warranty, The part for the VW starts with 3D.
The garage fitted this strut and then correctly levelled the suspensio. The car drives perfect.
Not sure if the VW phaeton parts are completely compatabible with the CGT, but the suspension setup is very similar. I did take a risk and this may not work for you. I only drive 3000 miles a year and if it was a newer car or if I did more miles I would possibly look for an after market one.

I replaced my struts with the new version Arnotts without the exterior fluid reservoir. The suspension still reacts to different firmness settings without error messages. got them new on eBay for around $750 each last year, no core exchange.
Air suspension
[QUOTE=Nader;4896838]$1,100 per strut is a good price. Are they original equipment?[/Q
I had the same problem for years I replaced both struts with arnott but still will drop down after a few days . Takes multiple cranks to lift up
