Dead gauge cluster

Any ideas why I don't have lights in my gauge cluster? The fuse looks good and i can see all the lights like the check engine light but I have no lights for the speedo, tach and fuel.

asking becouse i had same issue trying to install more fresh one.

I assume it was ok at some point in time but I just bought the car and it's not working.
