Thoughts on A/M Tunes

Any thoughts and real-life feel in aftermarket tunes? I am looking at VR But you have to Buy their $350 Cable to flash it. I have HP tunes but I Want to be safe with safe increases. Thanks

OK Maybe Im asking this incorrectly-Does anybody custom tune and was it worth it
