I have had my car for 700 miles and there's no issue really it seems. When i took it to my indy, there were no codes thrown by the jack mode and level fault. You see lots of issues with cars not going up.

Our problem is that they don't do DOWN reliably

Honestly it doesn’t really bother me to the point where I desperately want a solution. Unless it’s actually bad to drive it like that.

jack mode disarms the levelling system (sensors are not sensing)... you want to drive a care with air suspension which actually does not function as it supposed to?

The car is not in Jack mode now. It's in the high suspension mode which has been ok so far. It functions as normal I think.

if you read closely, you'll see that the issue we are having is that the car STARTS in Jack mode. It goes away when you drive off.

Sometimes we get a level fault when the suspension does not drop automatically at 80mph.

Yes you are correct @ttpopo . Also the car will get a level fault when you try to put it into normal mode while in high mode. Only way that worked for me was to go over 80 in high mode, and then it lowers. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.
