I need to remove these from a donor radio to put on my radio, without breaking them.

So the answer is; thanks to Johnny Hotspur prompt reply….

You have to remove all of the small screws from the green circuit board AND the screen mount. Then you will see the picture from the back of all the buttons. It’s my understanding that you can possibly remove them from the front without removing the circuit board but, there’s a good chance of breaking the button.
