As to the battery control module, it is behind the house (left) battery, I would check both connections on it as it show no signal.

Thanks Johnny,
I have been digging with vas and found atm just these 2 battery control issues. It seems not every module is throwing up that error.
Here are the 2 that vas say are static.

I belive there has been water ingress and iirc all the Air Suspension Modules are behind the panel. So at some point I will have a look at both the window mechanism and the control module. I now can get Jack Mode and its in it. I will full Jack the car right off the road and go from there?
EDIT.
Window now working. The pervious owner hadn't been very carefully getting the window seals. I fact part of the seal wasnt over the window frame. Jamming the glass and causing the glass to drop.
Hopefully that's one problem solved. Fingers crossed.
I think I still might have to adjust the glass position a little. But that's for later once I attempt to make the VAG special tools to do it.

Locked the connector down with the slide locks and put vas diagnostics on.
Could now readout module coding which came back as good . So went through vas to fill reservoir tank ( bit sketchy....went to 16.5 bar so I stopped the fill test. Seems a bit high??)
Then told the module to calibrate the 4 corners which to my utter surprise it did. All the time I kept the car on the wooden blocks and Jack's to fool it that the levels were nearenough to start the alignment. Been thought a few raise and lower cycles. Now left the car on raise overnight and measured the hight to see if the air will leak. I suspect that was the problem all along at the show room. Lost air while closed on holiday and the battery went flat. Not knowing the correct procedure he screwed everything up.
Which is my next post. Another faulty module.
EDIT
Suspension still up. Car raises and lowers.
lowers.
OSR is about 10mm too high but Once on level ground I will try and recalibrate the system using VAS.

PASSENGER DOOR GLASS SEIZED NOT MOVING. NOW FIXED

So since getting the car the passenger side window wouldn't move. This didn't help the rear quarter glass either when opening and closing the door.
So I took the door card off and took the window motor off the lift mechanism thinking I would find that it was the glass jamed in the frame.
However attempting to operate the lift motor off the lift mechanism using the window up down switches showed, showed it was the motor not turning.
I split the motor from the control module and jumped 12v direct to the motor terminals and it started working so I gave it a good work out and put it all back together. The window now works fine.....for now.lol

UPDATE PARKING BRAKE FAULURE.
So I have now got round to taking the left rear caliper off to find the parking brake motor cracked and full of crud and muck.

Problem I have is that I didn't get the wheel locking nut with the car. I managed to hammer on my other gt speeds locking nut and thankfully removed the wheel nut. In doing so I ruined my GT Speed locking nut. So I now have no way of getting the wheels off my Speed and the remaining wheels of mt Time Attack car.
Does any one have any ideas please.
Frank.

Hello @Frank ( Sunnyside ) ,
If you have the multi point locks as shown below, you can purchase the complete kit, 50 - 60 usd depending on where you look, if you have a different style lock ( like my A8L W12 does) let us know, post a picture of it.

Thanks @Johnny Hotspur GT
For information, could you post a picture of the audi w12 ones. I think the above will be the ones.
Mine are 17 spline.
I can't picture in my head the audi w12 ones.
As to the motor. Are they the same as the Audi motors?

@Frank ( Sunnyside ) ,
Here are the locks that my Audi has, the only reason I mentioned this type of locks is, I believe someone else here had the type my Audi has on their Bentley, but as I type this, I may be confusing the gentleman over at AW that put Bentley wheels on his A8L with the Audi locks, but I am not sure at the moment, sorry for any confusion.

My Rohana Wheels use a totally different lug bolt with a special socket for same, if you go this route in the future, and you put the special socket and a breaker bar with extension in a tool bag in the boot, just remember to never forget to put it back after you take the tool bag out of the boot while cleaning, or for other purposes, makes it really fun to call family to bring you the socket as you are stuck with a flat...

As far as the parking brake motors, yes, I believe that they are the same as the D3 A8, as there are posts here by @Dark Green and @John Fiammetta discussing same, and iirc, DG says that he used the A8 motors on his GT.

Johnny

Edit: Not sure what is happening to loading the pictures, I loaded 7 pictures with a description of each picture as allowed in the comment box, but they just came out as code, trying again without the comment box use...

Cheers Johnny.
I have ordered the set you have pictured £38.99 EBAY.
Can I order any electrical drive motor and Calipre for a 2004 onward.
I have a spare 2008 Speed rear Calipre some where buried in the garage which is serviceable, would that go on or did they change things over from 2007?
👍

Frank,
I have never had to replace one on either of my vehicles, watch, now that I am talking about it, one will fail...

From my understanding, the 32328402 is what you need, and to me, they are the same for the Audi D3 A8/S8.

Bentley is 3W0 998 281, Audi A8L is 4E0 998 281, and they both come to 32328402.

Edit: I just saw your post stating the 32328402.

Time Attack Car Update.

Its been 6 weeks and my uprated discs haven't arrived yet. Im getting a bit impatient to be honest.

Im also a bit frustrated as I have to go on a diet to get into my race suit.
