Bentley Bentayga engine seized

Hi everyone

I am new here. I purchased a 2019 Bentayga earlier this year and it came with 2 year extended Bentley warranty and I am ever so glad it had extended warranty.

8 weeks today, I had breakdown and car was recovered to the dealer. So while driving on a dual carriage way, the car completely lost power and I had to coast to the hard shoulder. There was no sounds and no warning lights. The car wont start again and it was recovered to the dealer. They suspected it was the starter motor. The warranty has to send their own technician for approval. They changed the starter motor only to find out that the engine is seized and wont turn over. Had to wait another week for warranty approval for a new engine. 8 weeks later I got the car back. The service agent had not seen an engine to seize like this before. All they could tell me was that the engine seized at the bottom. Warranty inspected the car very thoroughly to "protect brand reputation" but they were not able to identify what had caused the engine to fail.

The retail cost for the repair (starter motor repair and then new engine) without warranty would be circa £70k - £75k.

I would like to know if anyone here has experienced this before, an unknown cause for the engine to seize. What are the common issues with these engine that cause it to seize? In the last 6 months the engine has been removed 3 time (brake vacuum leak, starter motor and then engine replacement). Are they really that unreliable or I have been unlucky with mines?

Thank you everyone in advance.
