Error codes p2189 - system to lean at idle, bank 2 limit exceeded
Recently had both Gas Exhaust Temp Sensors replaced and head gasket (as the upper half was removed) replaced. Now I get the p2189 - System to LEAN at Idle, Bank 2.(more air vs fuel) exceeding limits. See Attached Report.
Research suggests the Mass Air Flow sensor may not be seated properly, vacuum leak at intake manifold below Bentley Cover, or Air cleaner not properly seated.
Thoughts and help please. Thank you.

Double check that the bank 2 valve cover breather pipe is secured where it snaps on to the valve cover. Also, verify that the breather pipe is not cracked within the outer insulation. Additionally check the air box so that it is property seated in the aluminum turbo flange below it.
