The boot lid on my vehicle won't go down as it should. The latch on the lid is stuck in a locked position where it won't go down and latch.
The owner's manual indicates to lower the lid 2 inches to close, then press the emblem button and the car should re-synchronize and start working properly. However, that process is not working. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, how did you correct it?
