KESSY not fully functioning

Hello there, 2011 Continental Flying Spur Speed
I bought the car with this issue that the car wont unlock by touching the door handle, it would only unlock by the key fob and the car wont start by the start stop button, only with the key slot.
The car runs fine with no key warning lights.
No fault codes related to the key.
I have changed both starter and accessory batteries and still the same issue.
You can hear a clicking sound from the steering column when pressing the start engine button as shown in the video.

Is it possible the car has a KESSY that isnt coded to your barrel and that you can start it from the barrel cos your key matches that but the car I assume must have been coded to the alarm so maybe that if its not in the KESSY is why this scenario happens? As in there is nothing wrong with the kessy, but someone lost keys, and changed the barrel and recoded a key but then again the immobiliser might not work.......not sure man.....mine causes the faults of not seeing the antennas so my start button works but my handles only open when I have cleared the faults......and I have 1 key and plan to get new keys from factory and get them to code it, and see if that maybe fixes it.
