The thing about the M3 is that it's just not as sexy-looking as it used to be. I have no doubt it's an amazing performer and out of those three, it'd probably be my first choice since it's the only one that has a manual trans AND is rear wheel drive. But if M-B ever offered a manual trans with their AMG models, I'd pick the C63 over the M3 in a heartbeat!

 

Agree with Alzilla - it may be ll the things they say it is - but it is one damn fugly car.

And that comment is coming from an //M-loyal person.

Agree with Alzilla, the M3 just isnt what it used to be. Yeah, the M3 drives great, but in my opinion, the only thing I like better about it versus the C63 is the lack of 2 doors.

I loved my 05 M3 the new one is not agressive looking...I drove the S4 it puts me to sleep the clutch feels akward..I am not AMG biased this is only my 2nd one (had a C55) prior and hated it.

 

Although I think the E46 M3 was a work of art, the new one is growing on me...its just that stupid *** hood I have trouble getting past.

As far as the MB63 goes -- that thing is f'ing hideous.

 

i like everything they are saying about how it performs. if they stick a DSG type transmission in there that will make it even better. i will wait to pass final judgment on the looks once i see the car but so far i hate it (although i have to admit that the 335i is growing on me slowly).

 

That C63 is going to be a screamer.

Did you read the article on the IS-F a few pages back? Pretty interesting. Although the 0-60 mph is off. Should be around 4.2.
