I am so close to deciding on this and I only have until tomorrow to tell my painter and drop off my car. I know this is just a photoshop, but what is your guys HONEST opinions. You don't have to drive it, but understand that I would, and how would you feel if you just passed me on the road with this set up. And in person/real life, I feel like it would look SO much better.

My suggestion is to paint the kidney and the grill in a non metallic black then paint the wheels in competition grey or anthratice with a thin subtle red pinstripe.

It will still hold its class and look not tacky if you had red wheels which I find them to be too JDM.

Just because it looks different doesn't mean it looks good.

+1

...but I don't mind the red outline on the kidney grill, it would match the wheel suggestion...

I don't know to be honest. I think I would just do a multi tone on all black wheels with black lip with red accents only. Something that doesn't scream as much like the platinum M5. I think the red accents on the grille is original though.

If I saw that, I would say to myself that whoever did that probably cared more about the uniqueness than whether it looked good.

Dude, your car looks awesome as it is. Don't fiddle with it just because.

^^^That's some good advice right there. Your car is hot the way it is. I can't imagine changing anything and making it look better (unless you blacked out the wheels.)

haha You aren't located in Naples by any chance are you? The location in your picture looks like a photo shoot hot spot here in town.

Reminded me of this picture my buddy took:

Anyway, I wouldn't mess with it. Gorgeous car as it is.

I think I like it. It is a darker red so it might work. Go for it, if it doesn't come out the way you think then you could always change it back.
