Do the ASR Nitrous Set Up. Safe, reliable, and built for the M5.

If your scared of that, go with Evosport Headers, Eisenmann Full Exhaust, Evosport Pullies, BMC Filters, RPI Scoops, Dinan Differential, AA ECU Upgrade.

Hey blk430, stay away from the lumma body kit. It's expensive and I'm told poorly finished and requires much fabrication to apply. I also her it was fiberglass, I say again, stay away.

Regarding the mods with the amount of money available to spend I'd say:
1.Headers (Evosport or Supersprint)
2.Evosport power pulley
3.Active Autowerke Stage II ECU
4.Exhaust (Eisenmann Section 1 & 2 & Race cans)
5.Evosport 3.91 diff. (never a problem from the get go!!!)
6.Char. filters out
7.H&R springs
8.BMC filters
9.Some say to use those "scoops" for air intakes. Do not know personally.
10.Get good lightweight forged wheels (ie. HRE, Neez QD7, Champion...)
11.ASR Engineering NOS kit StageIII.
Do not consider the Dinan throttle bodies, it's not worth it.

Good luck with the process, it's long but alot of fun.
Importantly get dyno result after the mods if you do them incrementally.

Juan - what are some of the average street prices for the mods on your list? I know nothing about BMW aftermarket accessories. Also, is the used aftermarket as rich as with p-cars?

i used to have a lumma bodykit, it s fiberglass and the finish is NOT great
i think the OEM bumpers are the nicest on the m5, i would do only rims

u can go to evosport.com or Dinan's website for a lot of the pricing. it can start to get expensive if you plan to do everything possible but im sure it well worth it in the end

stay away from lumma stuff bro , the m5 doesnt really need a body kit you will be suprsied what a nice wheel setup and coilover will do for the car .

for wheels , go with HRE , Iforged , radenrgie, something along those lines.

Stay away from the Lumma stuff for the last time. Even the wheels.
You can get a beautiful wheel with a lip from HRE. An excellent forged lightweight wheel.
The mods I described excluding the nitrous will give you an M5 with 460 to 470 rwhp. You need to get a stock dyno pull to get your baseline.
Cars will vary but my M5 made 408 rwhp bone stock and after the mods stated made 460 rwhp. Then the nitrous was installed and the car made 581 rwhp.
That was a savage gain and the feel of the car's acceleration is unbelievevable.
But do not get any nitrous system but the ASR Engineering system!!!!
The only one that works right and safely.

Good luck, GT3Ranger/M5Ranger
