Saw the new m3 sedan today at Braman and was very impressed. However, they are not leasing them because they are selling at a premium. I am located in Miami Beach, but was wondering if another dealer selling at msrp or slightly below would consider shipping car for me to lease? If so what kind of lease numbers are people seeing on the new m3? Would like to see something with 0 down,10k a year, 36 month term or shorter.

Theres a dealer here selling for MSRP .I was quoted $Drive-offs and $1,317 a month for 36 months MSRP on that car was ~$70k.

what?!? 1300+ a month. damn, at those prices, they def wont be selling 100,000 m3s. if i can go to my dealer, and pick up an m5 for 999/months, and an m6 for 1249/month, they should have 749-799/month for the new m3. id get one today if that were the case!

has anyone looked at the **** poor residuals on these cars?? 54% residual value after two years, 3 year residual is prob in the low 40%, and frankly, that is disgusting! 70K car is work barely half its value after 24 months. i guess i saw this coming with the overly priced m5 and m6 that cant hold their value either.

 

Best thing to do is get a CPO'ed used M5 or M6 with 2 years on it. As long as it has not had the sh*t run out of it but who knows.

If you really want an M3 wait 1 or 2 years then pick one up.

 

m5 is too big for me so i am *trying* to wait at least 12-15 months and then get an e92 m3 coupe, it will easily be in the low 50s by then.

 

I was under the impression that BMW with not CPO the E60 M5/M6. Can anyone confirm or refute this?

Holy crap! That is too much. I was expecting at least under a $1000. Also dreaming of 4 doors model for daily fun.

 

yes...2008 m5, 6MT, sticker of 96K and a few K down, 999/month 10K miles/year. both my dad and I looked at it, but neither of us want a big car like that.
