E60 M5 with 21" HRE 993R
Here are a few pictures of an E60 M5 we did with 21" HRE 993R
21x9 (F) and 21x10.5 (R) running 255/30/21 and 295/25/21 tires.

To be honest, the 20" vs 21" decision was the biggest problem for me when ordering the wheels for the car. I obviously went for looks over function but the car is just a daily for me so it didn't really matter that much (our M3 race car takes care of the track needs for me
)
I wanted to thank Ben for all the help in getting this order taken care of. He was VERY patient with me and kept answering any questions or concerns I had (his C63 looks GREAT in person by the way)
