m3 does NOT have similar power to a c63. aprox a 37hp difference. lets not get into comparing torque. c63 has 443 and the m3 has 298.

I was going by power to the wheels... M3 dyno's (dynojet) 350-360 C63 360-370.

 

honestly curio ive seen two m3;s dynoed and stock hp is a about 317-319

 

On which dyno? I can show you a collection of various dyno's but I am going by dynojet numbers. I'll show you my dyno numbers as well when I get my car back from evosport.

On a dynojet the M3 puts down baseline 350-360 on the stock wheels. A member on M3post dyno'd his car on a dynojet directly after coming off the track after a session and in 90 degree weather put down 347.

M3 DCT is just as fast in a straight line as a C63. The manual is slower. Simple as that.

Sorry, but you are the horses *** saying the C63 will run away from a DCT M3. The reality is it is a drivers race. Then you go on about your drag racing experience as if it has something to do with the topic at hand. Sounds like you are trying to make it personal, fine, but don't make assumptions when you don't know me. Don't be surprised when your E55 does not run away from my M3.

 

as luck would have it. we are planning a meet on sat morning. we can do some digs and rolling starts. We can get it all on film. are you game?

any mods yet? I think the track day you are referring to is fontana. I will be in vegas for sema that week. i am planning on making it to bakersfield for a different track day.

 

Some small mods, but what are you worried about in your big bad E55 filled with timeslips?

Saturday morning does not work for me, my car is still at Evosport and I think I will have it back next week but that is what they said last week. I think toward the end of next week we could do it, that work?
